No, La Voyage Parfums operates online only. We deliver nationwide from our warehouse in South Africa, ensuring your order reaches you wherever you are.
Are these retail store pefumes?
No, Our Premium Designer range consists of imported Parallel Imports rather than items purchased from local retail stores. While we do not open every box for individual inspection, our fragrances are sourced from authentic manufacturers and may only have minor external defects.
Our Factory Designer Fragrances are factory reject stock sold at a very low price, as they may have minor defects and reduced scent longevity due to being in long circulation.
Why are your prices so low?
We source directly from trusted suppliers and avoid heavy retail overheads. Because these products are overstock or occasionally rejected for minor cosmetic flaws, you can access these genuine fragrances for up to 80% less.
What are “parallel imports”?
Parallel imports are authentic products manufactured for international markets. They are sold at a lower price due to minor packaging imperfections, overstock, or discontinued batches—allowing you to skip the premium retail markup.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes – 100%. Our Premium Designer range consists of genuine designer scents, sourced as parallel imports. That means you get real luxury, just not through the traditional retail route.
Factory Designer Fragrances are factory rejects and are purchased at a great price value as retail stores cannot sell them due to minor defects and being in long circulation .
How long does the Premium Designer Fragrance last?
While retail versions typically last 6–10 hours, Our Premium Designer range generally offers a longevity of up to 6 hours. Longevity differs from batch to batch and scent profile. Our Factory Rejects may have minor external scratches or dented boxes, and scent duration may or may not be affected. We do not inspect or have specific knowledge regarding the exact reason for a unit's reject status.
This difference occurs because manufacturing standards vary by region; different countries utilize different alcohol bases—such as grape-based in France, potato-based in broader Europe, or grain-based in the USA. These variations in the base can slightly alter the scent's endurance.
If you require the specific longevity found in local retail stores, we suggest purchasing directly from those retailers at full price. However, our perfumes provide a high-quality experience that is ideal for daily wear at a significantly more accessible price point.
