"Factory reject" perfumes were rejected from being sold by the brand for cosmetic or logistical reasons, such as cosmetic flaws ,damaged boxes , printing errors, or changes in the formula. They are sold at a lower price than retail ,their quality might be affected by the reason they were rejected.(Please Note) : We do not physically assess every box individually to see the cause of its reject-status.

Our Premium Designer Fragrances are imported Fragrances Sealed in their Original Packaging .These Fragrances are not Factory Rejected stock .These Fragrances are Higher Quality and longer lasting 10 - 15 + Hours .

Our head office and fulfilment center are situated in Johannesburg, with our retail operations conducted exclusively online.

Unfortunately, no. The courier does not accept payments on our behalf, and no stock will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Even though we verify stock availability before payment, there’s a chance an item may become unavailable before your order is processed by our warehouse. If that happens, we will reach out to you to either offer a replacement of equal value or provide a credit for future purchases.

We will arrange for its collection and dispatch the correct item to you. If the packaging looks slightly different, it may be a result of updates in our packaging over time, and in those cases, we cannot accept returns.
